SPECIFICATIONS
01. 1 x 800 mm wide steel swing steel door mounted in a hot-dipped
galvanised frame
02. To prevent forced entry, the door is equipped with a custom-made
lock box
03. Sealed Wooden Floors
04. Security Huts in the Western Cape are equipped with 1 x Opening Window
05. Security Huts in Gauteng are equipped with 1 x Opening Aluminium Window and Burglar Bars
06. Strong Steel Construction
07. The exterior walls are neatly painted in Topshell’s corporate green
08. To reflect sunlight and reduce the internal temperature, the roof is
painted white

The Security Hut is available from only R750.00 per month, excluding VAT and transport.

SERVICE AREAS
Due to demand, this unit is only available in Gauteng and the Western Cape.
DELIVERY
We have our own crane trucks for on-time delivery and collection.
Our qualified team of crane truck drivers has all the necessary licenses and applicable certification.
PERSONAL USE
We offer container rentals for both business and personal use, however, all applications are subject to a credit check and must comply with our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments electronically via online banking and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept cash.
We do not require a refundable deposit, however payment is strictly in advance.
RENTAL PERIOD
We offer short and long-term container rentals. The minimal rental period is one calendar month. There is no restriction on the term of the lease.

GAUTENG
To book an on-site container in and around Gauteng and Mpumalanga, simply download and complete the applicable application forms and send it to quotes@topshell.co.za.
For Companies:
If you are applying on behalf of a company, please download the following form:

In addition, the following documentation is required:
- Company Registration CIPC Certificate
- SARS Registration Certificate
- Director(s) Identity Document
For Individuals:
If you are applying in your personal capacity, please download the following form:

- A copy of your Identity Document

Upon receipt, we will vet your application and run a routine credit check.
Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice.
As soon as payment is received we’ll be in touch to confer and confirm a suitable date and time for delivery.
This process generally takes 5 days.
