Built for comfort and convenience, the unit is powered with plugs and lighting so staff can charge their devices and power small appliances during their on-site stay.

05. The window is secured with external burglar bars
06. 4 x Double Bunk Beds (total 8 beds) that can be folded up individually with bedding and secured to walls to allow for an open space
07. For easy coupling of your electrical supply, the connection to the Distribution Board runs through the floor into a connector box
08. 1 x Distribution Board with a main breaker, earth leakage, and secondary trips
09. 2 x 15-amp single-phase double wall plugs
10. 2 x Fluorescent lights
11. Each unit comes with a Wiring Certificate
12. To reflect sunlight and reduce the internal temperature, the roof is painted white
13. The exterior walls are neatly painted in Topshell’s corporate green
