CONTAINERIZED RESTAURANT
CONTAINER CONVERSION
One of our most exciting projects to date, Topshell proudly manufactured the first containerized concept for Nando’s, a South African multinational fast-food chain that specializes in flame-grilled peri-peri style chicken.
In addition to converting the containers, Topshell also manufactured the stairs, decking, roofing, and gas cages. We also constructed all the components for the upper deck. These components were carefully designed and manufactured to ease assembly to minimize installation time. As a result, Topshell’s specialized team was able to assemble the facility in only 8 days, after which trading started.
As with all our custom projects, we extended our building/engineering expertise and conducted extensive tests prior to delivery, ensuring the unit and all its equipment is fully functional.
Movable, the unit was constructed and tested at our Special Projets Workshop in Gauteng, whereafter it was delivered to its final destination in Lusaka, Zambia.  Big thanks to Jacobs Transport and Ceva Logistics for managing the transport and shipping.

The design, manufacturing, and execution were a massive success in partnership with Nando’s, Reddeco Architects, and Topshell.
