Equipped with ample plugs and lighting, it provides a secure, comfortable, and cost-effective on-site office solution.

04. The sliding door is secured with a safety gate
05. To protect the lock, the padlock locking is behind a cover plate
06. 1 x 1,2m x 1,5m Glass/Aluminium sliding window mounted in a hot-dipped galvanised frame
07. The window is secured with external burglar bars
08. Seamless polyurethane-lined floors for comfort and easy cleaning
09. 1 x Distribution Board with a main breaker, earth leakage and secondary trips
10. For easy coupling of your electrical supply, the connection to the Distribution Board runs through the floor into a connector box
11. Each office comes with a Wiring Certificate

14. The exterior walls are neatly painted in Topshell’s corporate green

AIR CONDITIONING
Western Cape and Southern Cape: The Standard Office Container can be equipped with an optional 12 000 BTU heating/cooling air conditioner for only R100.00 per month, excluding VAT.
Gauteng: The Standard Office Container is already equipped with a 12 000 BTU heating/cooling air conditioner.

We operate from three strategic depots in South Africa:
Our Midrand location caters to the needs of customers in and around Gauteng.
Our branch in Stellenbosch serves the Western Cape.
Additionally, we’ve opened a new depot in George to support the Southern Cape region.
DELIVERY
Count on us for seamless delivery and collection with our dedicated fleet of crane trucks.
Our experienced crane truck drivers possess the necessary licenses and certifications for the job.
PERSONAL USE
We offer container rentals for both business and personal use, however, all applications are subject to a credit check and must comply with our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments electronically via online banking and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept cash.
We do not require a refundable deposit, however payment is strictly in advance.
RENTAL PERIOD
We offer short and long-term container rentals. The minimal rental period is one calendar month. There is no restriction on the term of the lease.
