04. Weather trims above doors and windows
05. Electrical Distribution Board fed through the floor with earth leakage and circuit breakers for easy coupling of your electrical supply
06. 4 x LED centre console lights on a separate switch
07. 12 x dimmable LED energy-saving GU10 downlights, wall facing
08. External LED light above the sliding door
09. 5 x 15-amp wall plugs, each with 3-point and 2-point plugs
10. 1 x double center floor plug
11. Each POD comes with a Wiring Certificate
12. Magnetic wall panels for easy magnetic attachment of drawings and plans

SERVICE AREAS
Due to demand, the On-site Conference Pod is only available in the Western Cape.
We also have a branch in Midrand. They service areas in and around Gauteng.
The On-site Conference Pod is not available in Gauteng, however, they do offer practical alternatives, such as the Standard Office Container.

DELIVERY
We have our own crane trucks for on-time delivery and collection.
Our qualified team of crane truck drivers has all the necessary licenses and applicable certification.
PERSONAL USE
We offer container rentals for both business and personal use, however, all applications are subject to a credit check and must comply with our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments electronically via online banking and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept cash.
We do not require a refundable deposit, however payment is strictly in advance.
RENTAL PERIOD
We offer short and long-term container rentals. The minimal rental period is one calendar month.
There is no restriction on the term of the lease.

The On-site Conference Pod is only available in the Western Cape. To schedule a viewing at Topshell Western Cape, please email rental@topshell.co.za or call 076 770 4500.

Upon receipt, we will vet your application and run a routine credit check.
Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice.
As soon as payment is received we’ll be in touch to confer and confirm a suitable date and time for delivery.
This process generally takes 5 days.
