02. 1 x 800 mm wide steel swing steel door mounted in a hot-dipped galvanized frame to each room
03. 1 x Distribution Board with the main breaker, earth leakage, and secondary trips
04. 2 x 15-amp single-phase double-wall plugs
05. 2 x Fluorescent lights
06. Each ablution facility comes with a Wiring Certificate
07. 3 x Female Toilets with 2 x Hand Basins
08. 2 x Male Toilets plus 1 x Urinal with 2 x Hand Basins
09. 1 x Opening Window in each cubicle
10. Ventilation Louvres
11. Strong Steel Construction
12. To reflect sunlight and reduce the internal temperature, the roof is painted white

SERVICE AREAS
Due to demand, the On-site Ablution Facility is only available in the Western Cape.
We also have a branch in Midrand. They service areas in and around Gauteng.
The On-site Ablution Facility is not available in Gauteng, however, they do offer a range of container rentals.

DELIVERY
We have our own crane trucks for on-time delivery and collection.
Our qualified team of crane truck drivers has all the necessary licenses and applicable certification.
PERSONAL USE
We offer container rentals for both business and personal use, however, all applications are subject to a credit check and must comply with our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments electronically via online banking and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept cash.
We do not require a refundable deposit, however payment is strictly in advance.
RENTAL PERIOD
We offer short and long-term container rentals. The minimal rental period is one calendar month.
There is no restriction on the term of the lease.
VIEWING
The On-site Ablution Facility is only available in the Western Cape. To schedule a viewing at Topshell Western Cape, please email rental@topshell.co.za or call 076 770 4500.

Upon receipt, we will vet your application and run a routine credit check.
Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice.
As soon as payment is received we’ll be in touch to confer and confirm a suitable date and time for delivery.
This process generally takes 5 days.
